Irvine Beach Walk
Today was hopefully to be dry with maybe even a little sunshine! I think that was the plan Jack :) LOL! Well it did stay dry enough for Jack to take a few pictures of Giovanni Jonus and Lilah before we set off.
We all had a very nice time at Irvine beach and hope we get a warm dry day next time.
How cute are these three beautiful Bernese Mountain Dogs!

February 14th Valentines day:
Today at Ayr beach we met up with friends Christina Russel and Ryan who brought their fabulous new Bernese puppy Harvey with them. At last I got to have some puppy hugs and believe me even wet puppies are good to cuddle.Harvey was with his doggy brother Taz , a beautiful black and white collie who has the most dazziling white chest, feet and tail tip I have ever seen and a nature to die for he is everyone's friend. I could have taken Harvey home one look from his puppy gaze and you are hooked! I think we may need to get our two a new sister soon. As for Jonus he loves meeting with Taz and like last time keeps by him constantly even with Lilah and huggable Harvey there his full attention was with Taz .It is so funny to watch and Taz just puts up with it all.
Lilah enjoys the beach but she is no water baby she would only paddle at the waters edge. Bernese puppy Harvey is already enjoying the seaside and I am sure he will wade out a little deeper with the big boys next time. Taz is amazing he runs with such speed is a fabulous swimmer and a superb stick retriever! he kept us all amused and the other dogs busy as they chased him around the beach,guess we will all have a quiet afternon as they should all sleep the rest of the day.
The weather was not great today but that did not stop us all enjoying the moment and we are now looking forward to summer when we can do it all again.
December 2010: One of our daily walks takes us to the River Ayr where we have enjoyed many an outing with the dogs. Today Monday 13th of December we were in for a treat, as the river had frozen over. The last time I believe this took place was in the 1940.s at least this is what we were told by a local to the area who remembered it as a child. As you can imagine there were many people there taking pictures and Jonus and Lilah got lots of attention and their pictures taken by passers by.
November 2010: Working & Pastoral Breeds of Scotland Championship Show Attended the above show today with a friend . We were not showing today and had a lovely time chatting to everyone else and enjoying all the beautiful Bernese who were there.

Lilah is now 1 year old and continues to be such a little sweetheart. Jonus will have his birthday at the end of this month and be two years old. He is the most adorable gentle boy ever!
